The Salem Center hosted a special Policy@McCombs, in partnership with the Steamboat Institute, by bringing to campus a debate on “Capitalism vs. Socialism” featuring Yaron Brook (Ayn Rand Institute) and Bhaskar Sunkara (Jacobin Magazine).
Yaron Brook is the Chairman of the Board of the Ayn Rand Institute and the author of “Free Market Revolution: How Ayn Rand’s Ideas Can End Big Government”.
Bhaskar Sunkara is the founding editor and publisher of Jacobin, guardian US columnist, and the author of “The Socialist Manifesto: The Case for Radical Politics in an Era of Extreme Inequality”
