What is the psychological makeup of successful entrepreneurs? Can we cultivate those traits in ourselves and others? According to Dr. Gena Gorlin, assistant professor at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, licensed psychologist, and founder coach, entrepreneurs aren’t born; they need to be built. More precisely, they need to build themselves, often alongside whatever company or ambitious venture they are building. In this talk, Dr. Gorlin will speak to us about her work of building the builders, and what it has taught her about the work we all need to do on ourselves in order to build the lives and careers of our choosing.
